Joanna joined in 1999 as Business Development Director and is responsible for all client-facing operations which includes making presentations to prospects, negotiating contracts, dealing with the transition into The Fulfilment Store for new clients and attending review meetings thereafter. She enjoys the diversity of the clients she works alongside, and the fact that the role TFS performs for one client is completely different from that of the next client.
