However should you access Companies House records, 5755028 will show Wavelength Handling & Distribution Services Limited as a new company, whereas 2104295 will show the company name as ENSCO 501 LIMITED (created to enable the Management Buy Out) which shows the company’s full statutory accounting history and reference to its former name of WAVELENGTH HANDLING & DISTRIBUTION SERVICES LIMITED.
