Graham has been with The Fulfilment Store for 10 years, having previously held managerial positions within the Logistics Industry. Usually his roles have been associated with cultural change and implementation of measurements, providing efficiency and cost improvements through procedural refinement. In addition to the Warehouse Operations, Graham is responsible for managing The Fulfilment Store's recognition as an Investor in People and achieving accreditation to ISO 9001:2000 in January 2003.
