Charity/ Not for Profit

At The Fulfilment Store, we understand that all charity and not for profit organisations run on the goodwill of their supporters. Our vast experience gained working with a broad range of clients within this sector, such as Amnesty International and Guide Dogs for the Blind, means that we have a proven track record in meeting and exceeding the demands of organisations just like yours.
So whether you’d like to explore outsourcing contact with your volunteers or would like us to distribute fundraising and merchandising materials, we can help you achieve your goals whilst maintaining a personal service and remaining true to your values and identity.
Because we have the capacity and in-house systems to support you, you’ll find that you are able to remain authentic to your organisation's aims, whilst at the same time, communicating your vision and achieving your targets. Our work with Cards for Good Causes is now in its seventh year. In that time we have developed processes and systems that enable their massive Christmas card run to be distributed at lower labour costs than ever. And that’s just one example of how TFS can make a difference to your organisation.
As fund raising and awareness campaigns are primarily about communication, we encourage clients in this sector to spend time with our response centre operatives so that they can truly become part of your virtual team.
The Proof - Cards for Good Causes
37 charities, 300 shops, 20 million Christmas cards
and a deadline that has remained unchanged for the last
2,000 years! This is the challenge we are faced with each year in the run up to Christmas.
At TFS, we work on behalf of a consortium of many of the biggest charities in the UK. We receive their cards during the summer months in order for us to produce kits for each charity’s product to be distributed to an extensive retail network. 12,000 of these Starter Packs are made and delivered in time for each shop to be able to open at the beginning of October. Deliveries are made using dedicated vehicles to allow for timing and access restrictions at some of the more challenging delivery locations.
From this point onwards, we establish a dedicated phone line for shops to reorder and replenish their stocks.
Typically, we will handle 1,000 of these requests during the eight week run up period to Christmas.
Once the final sales date has been reached, we collect the remaining stock from each shop and work with our client to reconcile figures and calculate just how much money has been raised!
