Using our online system Access24 you can track parcels at any point of the day for UK, Ireland and European deliveries, A POD for UK deliveries is generally available within 10 minutes of delivery. No tracking is available for orders despatched by Royal Mail. For any orders despatched to overseas addresses by carrier you can contact one of the Customer Services Team who will obtain the POD for you.

Q. How do I dispose of Packaging in an environmentally friendly way?
A. All our cardboard is compounded into bales. These bales are collected by a Recycling Company and they are then sorted and sent off for recycling. All other waste is put into skips. These skips get collected by a Recycling Company and everything is then put onto a belt and sorted into piles depending on what types of product they are i.e. Metal, Paper, Wood. All skips are sorted so that everything possible is recycled. Once sorted the materials are then sent off to specialised companies and recycled. It is possible that a visit to the Recycling Company could be arranged so the process can be viewed.

Q. I need to despatch 400 display units tomorrow to 400 shops on a guaranteed next day delivery; however they are still being manufactured and will not be finished until tomorrow afternoon. How can I ensure that they will be received by the shops in time?
A. You could send us a Spreadsheet detailing all the addresses, we would then arrange for our carrier to produce individual labels and deliver them to your manufacturer by 8am. These labels could then be attached to the finished cartons ready for our carrier to collect at 5pm and deliver Overnight as requested. You would still be able to obtain a P.O.D.
Q. I have an Item that requires another 3 items to go with it every time. How do I ensure that all items are sent and not just the one item ordered?
A. The Item could be set up as a ‘recipe kit’ so when the initial item is ordered it generates a pick for the 4 items thus ensuring that all items are picked and despatched.
